Aspen Tree Forest at Kebler Pass

The trees of an Aspen forest are considered one single organism, each individual tree connected to its neighbor by its roots. The forest this piece is based on is located in Colorado west of Crested Butte at Kebler Pass. This piece is based on that forest and many others I have loved and visited as often as I can.
