Beautiful Trees

I seem to take a lot of pictures of old dead stumps and trees. Their interesting shapes and imagined history inspired this piece. I used small printed pictures and a printing technique using Citrosolv to transfer the images to fabric. The interior of the piece was improvisationally pieced on stabilizer.
