Eye of the Storm

When my mind is running rampant in “closed circle distress”,  I look for my place of calm and a space to reset.  Sometimes it’s a walk, sometimes it’s sitting and watching clouds roll by, or just petting the dog.  Regardless of the format, it’s critical for me to push the PAUSE button and step outside of the tension cycle and find respite and peace.  Where is your place of calm?
