Monhegan Island Respite

My personal and go-to oasis is Monhegan, an island 11 miles off the coast of Maine. It's a step back in time, with no cars, street lights or sidewalks, only dirt roads with a small village of old New England weathered houses and miles of hiking trails through the woods and on the cliffs above the ocean.
