Spring

As the first green leaves emerge, until the full shade of a summer’s day is enjoyed, trees provide sustenance, beauty and habitat. Their yearly cycle of growth followed by a period of dormancy, remind us of earth’s renewal and our own life cycles. “If you would know strength and patience, welcome the company of trees.” Hal Borland
